Return Terms and Conditions:

The item can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The item must be unused, in the original condition and with all the attached documents and packaging.
Shipment and receipt of the return of the returned item must be registered and ensure that possible losses or irregularities are avoided.

• Children's magnetic boards must be unused. Magnetic boardsThe protective film must be uncovered, and of course the magnetic board cannot be previously glued on the wall. The surface of the magnetic board must be intact. If you do not like the magnetic cut, you can return it within 14 days.

• Planksels and educational boards with a magnetic basis.When the sets include a magnetic base in the package we put a magnetic cut that you can try before gluing the magnetic base. Therefore, it is only possible to receive an unused item i.e.  The protective film, non -glued, not scratched. Planks and educational boards must also be in the original condition.

Return Procedure:

Please contact our customer service team (info@mago.lt) before returning the item and notify your desire to return the item.
We will provide you with detailed information and instructions on the return process.
After returning the item, please provide us with the shipping tracking number and other related information.

The consequences of the return:

After the returned item we received, we will check its condition.
If the item meets the refund conditions, we will fulfill the return to your payment source within 5 business days.
Please note that the return process may be subject to administrative or shipping costs.
The goods purchased with a discount or promotion may be returned only in accordance with the terms of the campaign.

Delivery policy

We want to provide you with information about our shipping services.
Delivery via post offices:
We offer delivery through the post offices all over Lithuania.
Once you have selected this delivery service, you will be able to choose the most convenient building that will be sent to your item.

Delivery through the post offices takes a normal 2-4 business days from the moment of order.

International courier delivery:

We offer an international courier presentation to foreign countries.
International courier delivery takes us usually 7-14 business days from the moment of order.

Note that the time of international delivery may vary depending on the country's chosen country and possible customs or other customs procedures.
